Behind the Hearing: The Team Effort That Helped Our Client Be Heard

After a lengthy litigation process, our client finally had his day in court. Jacqueline and Jeff recently appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice for a two-day summary judgment hearing in our client’s case and we were proud to advocate on his behalf.

This result would not have been possible without the contributions of our articling students, Hayden, Anthony, Jordan, and Brandon, who worked diligently to help Jeff and Jacquie prepare support the hearing. It was a true team effort, and everyone involved played a role in ensuring our client felt heard and represented.
