    Levitt LLP seeks an experienced Associate lawyer to join our employment and labour law team. You will be given the opportunity to develop your own practice while learning from and assisting Partners in complex litigation and providing advice to national and international clients.

    Skills and Experience

    2+ years employment & labour litigation experience;
    Experience drafting pleadings, motion materials, facta, submissions
    Court appearance, mediation and examination experience
    Superior communication and client service skills;
    Excellent time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities;
    Work under short deadlines in a fast-paced atmosphere;
    Excel in a highly productive legal environment.

    DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST, Levitt LLP

We provide strategic and thoughtful advice to a broad range of clients including retail giants, telecommunications firms, corporate clients, and individual clients.     The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the digital marketing strategy for the firm and managing the firm’s website and social media including Google ad words. They will need to have a strong work ethic, be collaborative, analytical, adaptable, positive, and proactive.

    This is a full-time permanent position. Hours of work are from 9 am to 5:30 pm and overtime may be required on an as-needed basis to meet deadlines, but not very often.

    Responsibilities:

    Execute the strategy and content of the Levitt LLP website and any microsites.
    Work closely with the Management Team to align web content with brand standards.
    Write/edit web content and marketing materials.
    Design and develop email marketing campaigns/newsletters.
    Maintain communication with internal audience to keep them abreast of the firm’s marketing
    Liaise with external vendors and internal departments to achieve targets.
    Mentor junior employees.
    Supervise Marketing Assistant (when applicable).
    Other duties, as assigned and as needed.
    Manage the planning, coordination and execution of campaigns to support PPC advertising (Google AdWords)
    Develop and review SEO strategies.
    Oversee campaign performance and demonstrate ROI
    Create and execute social media marketing plan
    Manage the development and maintenance of WordPress site
    Fluent in marketing automation (Hubspot), CRM application, and tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
    Create, maintain, and update firm’s marketing and collateral materials, including bios, publications, website, content strategy, social media, and other written and electronic marketing materials on an ongoing basis.
    Coordinate Firm and lawyers’ listings in appropriate digital and print directories.

    Required skills:

    Experience with social media in all of its forms and associated computer skills.

    Required Knowledge and Experience

    Completion of a relevant degree or diploma program in digital marketing.
    At least 3 years of digital marketing experience in a professional services firm.
    In-depth understanding of the software programs relevant to marketing in a small to mid-size firm.
    Experienced at copywriting and web analytics.
    Exceptional organizational and supervisory skills.
    Excellent communicator.
    Comfortable learning new software as needed
    Mastery of WordPress, SEO & SEM tactics, all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more
    Mastery of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
    Exemplary organization and time management skills with the ability to handle several projects simultaneously

    The following are not required, but certainly considered a plus:

    Google Analytics Certification
    Google AdWords Certification
    Hubspot Inbound Marketing Certification
