Mohak graduated from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law. During law school, Mohak was actively involved in the legal community, volunteering as a Student Caseworker with Pro Bono Students Canada and serving as Director of Communications for the First-Generation Students Network.
Mohak developed his passion for labour and employment law through his work with the Ontario Justice Education Network, where he delivered legal seminars to high school students across the province, helping individuals understand their rights and responsibilities in the workplace. Following this, Mohak articled at a preeminent Bay Street management‑side labour and employment firm.
Mohak has worked with employees and employers across a range of industries and is committed to helping clients address workplace challenges and advocating for their interests.
Outside of the office, Mohak enjoys playing soccer and basketball, watching horror movies, and spending time with friends and family.
