Jensen is an Associate at Levitt LLP. Like everyone at the firm, he is ready to work tirelessly to assist the assist both employees and employers in pursuit of their best interests and protection of their rights.

Having worked across all stages of the litigation process, Jensen directly assists employees and employers alike in wrongful and constructive dismissal cases, partnership disputes, and human rights issues. No matter the issue or concern, Jensen’s primary focus is securing a just and efficient outcome for his clients.

He received his JD from the University of Windsor. In law school, he gained a love and appreciation for contract law, which led him to work as a teaching assistant and tutor for the first-year contracts class. His longstanding interest in contract law continues to pay off, assisting him in reviewing and analyzing employment contracts to dispute the enforceability of terms that purport to limit termination entitlements when acting for employees, and drafting contracts and workplace policies for employers that best protect their interests.

During his time in law school, he also served as the President of the University of Windsor Tax Law Society. Prior to law school, Jensen received his Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Alberta. While working towards his Bachelor of Arts, he worked at the Legislative Assembly of Alberta and the House of Commons of Canada as a political staffer. While no longer politically active, he brings the same focus and dedication as legal counsel in addressing clients’ concerns.

Outside of the office, Jensen enjoys cheering on the Boston Red Sox and Detroit Tigers baseball teams, reading, and spending time with friends.
