Anna Idzakovic

Articling Student

Anna is an articling student at Levitt LLP, joining the firm after gaining extensive in-house experience supporting legal counsel on employment, trademark, and commercial matters. She regularly collaborated with executives and municipal bureaucrats to align legal advice with business objectives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Anna earned her JD from the University of Ottawa, where she served as an assistant editor for the Ottawa Law Review and co-founded the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Club. She also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, focusing on housing and workplace rights. Prior to law school, she earned an Honours BA from Carleton University and completed a Paralegal Diploma at Centennial College, where early exposure to employment standards, human rights, and tribunal practice solidified her decision to pursue a career in employment law. With over a decade of client-facing experience in the service industry, Anna brings professionalism, adaptability, and drive to her legal practice.

Outside of the office, Anna’s been part of a recreational axe throwing league, enjoys rollerblading long distances, playing in a local softball league (with marked improvement since getting contacts), and ranks among the top 5% of online Scrabble players globally.
