Jack is an Associate at Levitt LLP, practicing commercial litigation, employment law and labour law.

Jack provides advice and representation to employees and employers across multiple industries on wrongful dismissals, constructive dismissals, discrimination and harassment in the workplace and labour disputes. Jack also provides advice and representation to individuals and corporations on corporate/commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes, oppression remedies and breaches of fiduciary duties.

Prior to joining Levitt LLP, Jack completed his articles and practiced litigation at a leading regional firm in Calgary, maintaining a broad general and commercial litigation practice, assisting individual and corporate clients on contractual disputes related to construction, energy and securities.

Born and raised in Winnipeg, Jack obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Law. During law school, he was the Senior Editor of the Canadian Journal of Human Rights. Jack also assisted start-ups, small business and other organizations in Manitoba with various corporate needs for the L. Kerry Vickar Business Law Clinic.

In his free time, Jack enjoys snowboarding, golfing, gaming with friends and exploring Toronto’s eclectic food scene.
