Darrel Shaw joins Levitt LLP as COO with a strong foundation in executive leadership, team development, and client-centered operations. Known for his work in consulting,  relationship management and professional training, he brings a skill set well-suited to optimizing firm performance and supporting strategic growth.

In his role, Darrel will oversee internal operations, streamline processes, and help cultivate a firm culture that prioritizes responsiveness, client service, and excellence. By strengthening operations behind the scenes, he enables the lawyers at Levitt LLP to concentrate on what they do best: building powerful cases and advocating for clients.

Darrel is based in Toronto and is dedicated to helping the firm scale efficiently while preserving the personal touch and professionalism that define Levitt LLP.
