Behnam Nadimfard

Associate

Behnam Nadimfard is an Associate at Levitt LLP. He provides strategic and pragmatic advice to both employers and employees on all aspects of workplace law, including wrongful and constructive dismissal, workplace harassment, human rights accommodations, and health and safety matters.

Before joining Levitt LLP, Behnam practiced at a leading employment and labour law boutique in Toronto, where he advised clients on terminations, severance negotiations, workplace investigations, and accommodation issue. He also completed his legal training at a prominent Bay Street employment law firm, assisting counsel in complex arbitrations and court proceedings. These experiences have equipped him with a thorough understanding of litigation strategy and a disciplined approach to advocacy.

Behnam received his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he served as Clinic Supervisor of the Osgoode Mediation Clinic, co-founded the Osgoode Middle Eastern Student Law Association and served as Treasurer of the Osgoode Labour and Employment Law Society.

In addition to his JD, Behnam holds a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto, giving him a unique perspective on workplace dynamics and enabling him to balance legal precision with practical human-resources insight.

Behnam is fluent in Farsi and conversant in Arabic. Outside the office, he enjoys soccer, snowboarding, and analog photography, and he can often be found crate-digging for rare vinyl at the local record store.
