Niqab debate a divisive issue in federal election



A woman wins her right from the Federal Court to wear her niqab while taking oath during a citizenship ceremony trumping a government policy that requires one to show their face as part of Canada’s commitment to openness, but the Harper Conservatives say if elected, they will introduce legislation that will overturn that ruling.
