About Nicholas Goldhawk:
Nicholas Goldhawk recently graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor degree.
At law school, Nicholas developed a strong interest in labour, employment, and human rights law. This lead him to work on updating the materials for the Labour and Employment Law course during his third year.
Prior to his studies in law, Nicholas completed a Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University. He then worked as a TV journalist for a national current affairs program doing research and production for stories about consumer fraud.
While also working as a cook for several years, Nicholas’ eyes were opened to the commonplace employment abuses that occur on the ground level in the restaurant industry. Seeing how this impacted peoples’ lives, sparked his interest in the subject and led to his focus on labour and employment law in school. He recently wrote the Ontario Bar Exam.
In his free time, Nicholas enjoys reading, the outdoors, and is a big fan of NBA basketball.
