About Christina Iannozzi:
Christina is an associate with Levitt LLP who practices in the area of labour and employment law, with a focus on litigation and human rights matters. Christina provides advice and representation to both employers and employees on a wide range of employment issues including wrongful dismissals, employment standards, employment contracts, human rights and accommodation, and related court litigation.
Christina joined the firm as an articling student in 2017. Prior to becoming an associate, Christina completed her LL.M. at Western University with a specialization in mental health discrimination in the workplace. She has presented her research on human rights remedies, workplace accommodation, and family status discrimination at various conferences across Canada and the US.
While completing her J.D. at Western University, Christina worked for one of Canada’s foremost labour and commercial arbitrators and was the Editor-in-Chief of Western Law’s only student-run newspaper. Prior to attending law school, Christina obtained her Honours Bachelor degree in Political Science and Business from McMaster University.
Currently, Christina sits on the board of directors of Young Women in Law and also holds the officer position of Treasurer. When she is not in the office, Christina enjoys live music, trying new restaurants, and exploring Toronto.
