About Allyson Lee:



Allyson Lee is an associate with Levitt LLP who practices in the areas of labour and employment law, with a focus on litigation and legal research and drafting. No matter the complexity of a case, Allyson focuses on devising an effective and efficient strategy for her employee and employer clients.  Understanding how fundamental employment is to individuals, she takes pride in the work she accomplishes for clients.

As a former law clerk for a judge of the Federal Court of Canada, Allyson brings knowledge in drafting effectively for courts, judicial review, and court processes.

Allyson has appeared before several courts and tribunals including: the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court, Small Claims Court, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) and Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT).

Prior to her articles with a litigation boutique in Toronto, she obtained her JD from the University of Toronto, where she competed as part of the Faculty’s National Labour Moot team and coached the same in her final year.

During her law school years, Allyson spent her time volunteering with two legal clinics: one specializing in WSIB law and one with the Superior Court of Ontario.

Prior to her law degree, Allyson completed her M.Sc. from Western University and her B.Sc. from Queen’s University.
