About Saba Khan

Saba is an associate with Levitt LLP who practices in the area of Labour and Employment Law, with a focus in litigation, drafting, and advocacy.

Saba is a dedicated advocate for her clients and has demonstrated this in her various appearances before decision-makers including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and provincial courts in the city. She takes pride in her ability to address client needs and take matters as far as they need to go for a successful resolution.

As a summer and articling student at the Ministry of Attorney General, Saba further developed her legal skills while reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various contracts on behalf of the province. She is able to apply that experience every day in her current practice through drafting legal documents including demand letters, employment agreements, pleadings, and HRTO applications.

Aside from completing her L.L.B, Saba holds a Masters in International Commercial Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.
