Lyndsay practices out of the Hamilton office, representing LSCS’ clients in Hamilton, Niagara, and the surrounding areas.
Lyndsay advises business, institutions, and employees in all areas of employment law, including wrongful dismissals, employment agreements, severance packages, human rights, and disputes relating to the working relationship. She also litigates commercial disputes, including non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality obligations.
Lyndsay strongly advocates for her clients during a dispute to achieve the best results. Known as a practical and reliable legal professional, Lyndsay is also an effective communicator adept at interpreting and simplifying complex concepts for her clients.
In addition to her employment and commercial litigation practice, Lyndsay has the privilege of representing the lawyers of Ontario as preferred counsel for Lawyers’ Professional Indemnity Company. She defends fellow lawyers in professional liability claims and acts as “repair counsel” to prevent claims from arising.
Lyndsay previously practiced at a large international law firm. She received her JD from the University of Alberta, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017. While pursuing her law degree, Lyndsay volunteered as a litigator for Student Legal Services, where she represented and advocated on behalf of low-income community members.
